Return Exchange Policy
Tiny Trendz's Return policy:
Tiny Trendz gives you the option to return purchased item(s)*. Any order that has been shipped, falls within a returnable category, and is within the 7 days limit from the date of delivery, can be filed for return.
The items should be unused, intact and in their original packaging (labels, tags, boxes, plastic wrap). Please note, items on ‘final sale’ can’t be returned.
If the received item is damaged or doesn’t match the product description, we’re happy to replace it. If we don’t have a replacement in stock, we’ll refund you the full amount, including the shipping charges you paid on its purchase.
How long will it take me to receive the bank refund of the returned product?

We take 3-5 business days from the date of receipt of the items to process your refund. It is always recommended to check your bank statement. You will also receive SMS confirmation from Tiny Trendz on your registered mobile number.
Exchange Terms:
The product must be unused, unwashed and all the tags must be intact. Please pack the product with the order invoice and Exchange form/ In the absence of the invoice, please mention the order number and your phone number on a piece of paper along with the package. Customer will pay delivery charges for returning the products.
